Due to the nature of tile and our limited-batch inventory, all sales are final. We strongly encourage ordering samples before placing full orders to ensure suitability for your project.
We do not accept returns for overage, change of mind, or products that have been installed.
If you believe you have received incorrect or defective material, please contact us at hello@hwtile.com within 3 business days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@hwtile.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
