Shipping policy

We offer nationwide shipping on all in-stock items. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days from our Florida warehouse. Payment is collected once your order has been reviewed and confirmed by hwtile.com. If any item is unavailable, we will notify you with a lead time or offer the option to revise your order.

Transit times vary by destination. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for review and potential replacement.

Freight Deliveries

All freight shipments are delivered curbside only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.
